Refunds: We do not offer refunds on ANY orders unless there is a clear mistake made on OUR part. 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we do not carry a full stock of products. However if we do have something to exchange we are happy to, but the customer is responsible for shipping fees to and from for the exchange.

Cancellations: We do NOT cancel orders for ANY reason. If you make an order you are confirming you are intentionally making this order. Our website, PayPal and Sezzle charge us fees that are not refundable, for this reason, we do not offer to cancel orders.

Shipping Turn Around Time: All Vagabond Boot Co. products are "ready to ship" which means they are in stock at the store and awaiting shipping to our customers. We do not offer pre-orders unless clearly posted, nor do we accept custom orders. However, our shipping turn around from your order date until the date it is shipped can be up to 10 business days depending on time of year, employee availability, and other factors effecting shipping. Please do not order if you need us to ship your order the same day or next day unless you email us first to make sure that is possible at Info@VagabondBootCo.com 

Free Shipping: Shipping currently FREE site-wide for domestic orders ONLY. We do not ship free internationally, you will be invoiced at time of shipping for your shipping fees based on your location. United States military international orders ship free to APO addresses ONLY.
